The power of 0’s and 1’s

We live in digital era: Everybody lives on internet, sharing information faster and better. We literally have a copy of our existence in digital form. We are creating a civilization with digitally stored information. In a very high level, all of your devices store and process information with a help of a silicon chip as 0s and 1s. Oh yeah! Those are the smallest numbers mathematically, but apparently so much powerful to store all the information we use, we need and we don’t need. The information we use like a map or a mp3 does help you go to places or to enjoy your time. The information we need like a clock or calendar help you be organized.

So what is the wide area of information you don’t need.? Do you really think you spend much time with the information you don’t need? It might seem “No”, but actually we all spend a lot of time with the information that we don’t need in the name of “FUN”. Let me give an example, Few days before there was a magazine cover of an actress showing off her beauty. Yes, she was beautiful, her fans liked her and she helped the fashion industry to sell some stuff. All fine these information that you see and move on. In the slightest gap of passing by people have spent their time, to notice her underarm was too perfect and suspected it’d been edited. So what it’s a beautiful photograph, magazine owns the rights so it can edit however it wants, you just have to see and scroll off. Instead controversy has been created around it and fans had to defend her beauty and haters to got back at her until she released another casual shot with her underarm showing. Shocker it was perfect as well. When I pass through this event I can’t help but wonder why someone’s underarms being perfect or being edited or being anything bothers anyone.? If you have an active internet connection and the ability to create such 0s and 1s you become so insane that you write about something like this.? Oh what a shame! This example is not even the tip of the iceberg.

There are these trolls that has been given a privilege to screw anyone. Unfortunately it is available in all colors and forms, that you can never get rid off.It just mocks everything, every idea and everyone. There was a gruesome incident happened in Kerala for a woman named Jisha reminding us of Nirbhaya, two brutal violence against these women. Following that an actor had said in a tweet something about how the nation isn’t safe. She has a point, it’s a freedom of speech or expressing her fear living in the country and the people who saw and digested what happened for those innocent lives. Following that, there was a massive raise of people with issues like how nation’s name is being ruined and how an actor who wears a any dresses as per the producers request can comment on such an incident. Oh people, poor people!! the real fight has to be against the illness with the society. The society where Nirbhaya and Jisha grew in, the society that had put an ridiculous end to their innocent lives, the society that expects an actor to wear lesser dresses and enjoys the flesh more than his/her actual talent. In a page owned by Mediocre monster, shows a video of woman steps into auto wearing leggings, her whole leg was closed by a lighter cotton expandable cloth till her toes. But the comments in the post reads they are showing legs and how it’s indecent and all. To all the filthy minds, which thinks this you know how a leg looks and what its made of she covered it with a relatively large cloth and being comfortable with, so move on with your life her legs or her clothes are her privilege and has nothing to do with you or your filthy disgusting minds and low lives. Let her live, you live or die I don’t care. Yet another incident that spoiled integrity of an information, it started saying Sachin’s son being selected into the Indian regional team and a another kid being rejected in-spite of having talent. Fact is Sachin’s son also rejected for the regional team and the other kid was also rejected and the record he kept by his batting skills came up after he appeared for selection. Even in a tea break conversation when I talk to friends about current affairs, we start by talking about the real issue and someone will end up saying there was a troll about the incident and it was funny. So there is no difference if its strong or weak, shit or gold, love or hate, flesh or character everything will be viewed with a “FUN” factor never making any impact or what so ever on the society. So I guess all I am saying is, if you have anything useful to say then say it else don’t say anything at all. It’s not just 0s and 1s these data  imbalances a civilization, don’t become barbarians again in the verge of being smart device users.
